Photo Retouching

✔️ Basics: cropping, color correction, and adjustments to exposure, contrast, highlights
✔️ Skin Corrections: removing blemishes, reducing wrinkles, smoothing texture, evening tone
✔️ Portrait Enhancing: whitening teeth and eye sclera, brightening irises, fine tuning makeup, reducing hair flyaways, minor adjustments to hair shape
✔️ Removing Distractions: people or objects in the background, evening out harsh shadows

✖️ Body Modifications: I will NOT reshape any part of the body.
✖️ Photo Composition: I will NOT combine photos together to make a single newly edited photo.
✖️ Photo Manipulation: I will NOT create new objects, textures, accessories or backgrounds that do not already exist within the photo.

💜$100 for 5 photos of choice. I will not do less than $100 even if you choose less than 5 photos. If you want more than 5 photos retouched, it will be $20 additional per photo.
💜If you want less than 5 photos edited, I encourage you can ask another cosplayer if they'd like to do a combined order and split the cost with you.
💜I have complete creative freedom over the edits. You can choose the photos you want retouched, but I will not request nor accept any input on what details you want edited. When you receive the edited photos, they are final. No additional revisions will be offered. Please see my work examples and bullet details below so you can get an idea of what you are paying for.
💜Payment in full is required up front, and you can expect the receive the fully edited photos within 1-2 weeks after the event. I may update the deliverable time frame depending on how large a gathering was, or if I have a planned holiday where I won't be working. The correct time frame will be communicated with you before you submit a payment, if I require adjustments for any reason.
💜No refunds are accepted once payment is made. The only time I will send a refund is if I cannot complete the edits within the time frame promised. For example, if I get sick or have an emergency, and you have not received the edits by the due date, you are eligible to ask for a refund. If an emergency is severe enough that I require an indefinite break, I will refund the payment in full.
💜If my editing style and terms are too limited for your needs, you are welcome to take creative control into your own hands! I understand my terms can be limiting and be uncomfortable. But I have set these boundaries in order to maintain my work-life balance.
💜JPGs from all cosplay gatherings are freely available for download. You may pay $10 if you want access to the raw photos from a single gathering. You may edit the JPGs or raws yourself or send to a 3rd party editor to edit the photos for you. If the 3rd party editor has more creative skillset or flexible services than I am offering, you are welcome to hire them for those services to achieve the result you are looking for.

💜All unedited and edited photos, in any file format is for personal or non-commercial use only. If you want to use any photos for commercial use, please contact me to discuss licensing rates.
💜While not required, crediting me (@Meridiosyncrasy on IG and TikTok) or any photographers involved is always appreciated when you post! Since I work with different photographers for different shoots, please refer to the JPG download folder to find notes saved about the photographer who shot at each cosplay gathering.
💜I (and the photographer) have the right to post/publish unedited and edited photos on our social media accounts, portfolio, and other websites/media outlets. I will always make effort to tag the subjects in each photo. If you are more private and prefer not to be tagged, please let me know and I will caption that the subject wishes not to be tagged. But we still reserve the right to post the photos we have taken from the cosplay gatherings. We also reserve the right to edit and publish the photos, without sending them to you if you did not pay for the retouching service.
💜Please DO NOT pay for my services if you are not completely comfortable with these terms. I have the right to refuse service if I experience difficulty in communicating with any party. Again, no refunds are accepted once payment is made, except per my aforementioned terms.
